recognise information needs, locate and evaluate the quaility of information,store and retrieve information,make effective and ethical use of information and apply information to create and communicate knownledge.
Il is essential for individuals to achieve personal, social occupational and education goals in a knowledge society.
with the knownledge of information literacy. we will be able to use it on health and well being, civic society, education, work and economic activity.
for digital divide,we learn about the differences between country with IT infrasturcture and country without .UNESCO aim to acheive the goal of bridging the gap with 3 goals. the 3 goals are ethical , standard setting and legal and content and ict application and methodological tools and access to knownledge
